MX266 Split Front Chest Rig
Our MX266 Split Front Chest Rig, with its classic design, is a lightweight, two-piece chest rig that includes its own padded carrying system.
New Material, Same Familiar & Proven Lindnerhof Chest Rig Functionality
Just like previous models, the new MX266 Split Front Chest Rig features laser-cut slots (a total of 2x 8 slots per side) giving it full MOLLE/PALS compatibility. But unlike its predecessors, the MX266 is built entirely from our new multi-axial laminate, making it significantly lighter than previous versions (e.g., those using CORDURA® fabric).
Keep Your Gear Handy, Even When Prone
There will always be times when you need to get low to the ground while fully equipped. That’s why we’ve incorporated a dual-option zipper right in the center of the MX266. This not only makes the chest rig easier and more comfortable to use, but it also eliminates the need to completely remove the rig while in the prone position if you need quick access to ammunition, radio equipment, or anything else you’re carrying. Simply open the zipper and the additional safety buckle, then position the chest rig flaps to your sides for unobstructed access.
One Carrying System to Fit All
Included with the MX266 Split Front Chest Rig is a new carrying system. Well-padded and featuring MOLLE/PALS slots (for attaching gear) and loops (for cable and hydration tube routing), it can be attached to all other Lindnerhof chest rig models. This carrying system also lets you configure a micro rig: just connect it to our MX panels (MX234, MX231) and you’re good to go.
Get our RMPL144 adapter set (sold separately) if you prefer to attach the MX266 Split Front Chest Rig directly to your plate carrier. You’ll appreciate that we’ve included a series of attachment points inside the MX266 to allow it to be securely fastened to the Hook & Loop surfaces found on the front of your Lindnerhof plate carrier.
